Grey Tuesday

I am definitely tired of spring not being here yet. We keep getting these nice tastes of spring like behaviour, then it goes away. Last weekend, gorgeous, Today, gray, gloomy, chilly and off and on drizzly. (yah, bad use of commas. I don't really give a rat's ass)

I rode today for the first time in forever. A tad on the chilly side, but not too bad. I expect to ride again tomorrow. I feel horribly out of shape and I love getting energized for the day with a ride in, and the ride home is a great way to destress.

This morning got that weird compliment from a client. He thanked me for spending the time to explain things to him and stated no one else really did in the past. I always have to wonder, is it just because so many of my clients are low functioning and other defense attorneys actually DID explain things thoroughly (which is what I hope happens). Or is it that things weren't properly explained in the past. I dunno, but I do make an effort to explain things thoroughly.

Got another dismissal on speedy trial grounds today. Which means, no more prepping for hearing tomorrow. Instead it's prep for two Fail to Report as a Sex Offender, an Assault (by vehicle), and a DUII (with no witnesses of driving). Thankfully all give me a couple of weeks.
